Drawing from your imagination.

GENERAL INFORMATION
I. General Terms
-
I will try my best to meet all of your requests! The more details you can provide, the better I can bring what you're imagining to life.
-
Reference pictures are not required, but they help enormously in communicating your vision. If you are sending me references to work from, please ensure that the file is in .jpeg, .png, or .pdf format and that the primary object is clear (e.g. if I am drawing your pet, make sure they are framed front and center in the picture, that the face is visible, and that the image is not blurry).

II. Payment Guidelines
-
All commissions must be paid in full and upfront through PayPal or Venmo.
-
If, upon completion of the commission, you would like further modifications to the work, additional payment may be required.
-
Pricing will vary depending on the labor involved in meeting your additional requests and must be paid in full prior to the modifications.

III. Creation Process
-
For basic character requests, I generally try to complete commissions within 2 weeks of the request. I will always strive to get you your work as soon as I can and will send it earlier when possible.
-
For more complicated compositions, the time for your commission to be completed can take up to 2 months depending on factors such as other queued commission orders, the complexity of your request, and my own work demands.
-
You will be notified immediately if anything occurs that might greatly delay your piece.

IV. Customer Satisfaction
-
I will do everything I can to make sure you are happy.
-
However after a commission is completed, only small changes can be made to the piece without additional payment. (e.g. small coloring fixes or marking mistakes). Changes that may incur a charge include, but are not limited to: outfit changes, addition or subtraction of items, background changes, and other changes that require parts of the piece to be completely redrawn or recolored.

VI. Canceling and Refunding Policy
-
I reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money at any time.
-
Once payment has been received for a commission, there will be no refunds. I try to start work as soon as possible after payment is received. Unfortunately at that time, labor has commenced, so I can't make refunds or returns. Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance, which is why I try to remain communicative with my clients throughout the creation process.
-
If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel their commission request.

VII. Receiving the Finished Product
-
To reduce costs and waiting periods, I usually send my clients an electronic PNG (or any other requested file type) of the finished product via email or sometimes via an online storage service like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. when it’s a large file (posters, for example, tend to be large).
-
I don’t have a usual print shop with whom I do business, so if you would like a printed version of your poster to be shipped to you, I can do it, but we’d then bake the printing & shipping cost of my chosen print shop into the price.

VII. Copyright/Usage Policy
-
I, the artist, hold all rights to the produced image or drawing, not the commissioner. These rights include, but are not limited to, using the art to promote myself within my own site and in other promotional materials online or in public, publishing books containing commissioned pieces, and displaying/posing the artwork wherever I see fit.
-
As the commissioner, you have the right to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing. You may print the art, and claim rights to the original characters you have commissioned, but you do not have rights over the image/drawing itself. However, you may use the art to personally promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.
-
The following is considered copyright infringement: Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money off it in any way), taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any watermarks/signatures, and/or otherwise altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
-
If you wish to purchase commercial rights: You have the option to purchase commercial rights over the artwork. Before the order is processed, you will have the opportunity to reach a private agreement with me on the cost, depending on the intended purpose of the design. With commercial rights, you may use the artwork to make merchandise, you may use it in books, on covers, as props, change it to your liking, and promote your brand with it. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
